Creating a central AI registry is another practical move. This isn’t a document buried inside IT. It’s a living inventory of all approved models, owners, and connected data sources. It lets the business track use, manage retraining cycles, pinpoint vulnerabilities, and assign responsibility, not just for the system, but also for its outcomes.
