Ideal profile
You are a versatile and detail-oriented commercial leader, with experience as a Director of Sales, Business Developer, or Sales Director. Ideal candidates demonstrate a strong can-do mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for the digital ecosystem, and a strong desire to actively contribute to the rapid growth of a fast-scaling company:
Master’s degree (business, engineering, or equivalent), with the ability to bridge business objectives and technology considerations
At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, including significant experience within an IT services company, consulting firm, or technology-driven environment
Demonstrated experience in securing high-value engagements with large enterprise accounts.
An immediately actionable personal network of key decision-makers in the French market, enabling the generation of qualified opportunities within the first 3 to 6 months
Ability to open strategic accounts through strong personal credibility and a deep understanding of clients’ business and technology challenges
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Solid technical culture across agile delivery and digital transformation, with the ability to rapidly grasp digital product and delivery challenges.
Good level of spoken and written English to communicate in an international environment.
