Ideal profile
You should be a talented, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and ready to hit the ground running. Ideal candidates will have a can-do and trustworthy attitude, passion for talent sourcing and employee engagement, and will be able to get up to speed quickly.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
Up to 2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Interest in talent sourcing and employee engagement
Flexible, creative, and patient, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks with a positive attitude
Familiar with international and multicultural environments, especially European work culture
Outgoing personality who enjoys socializing, exploring new places, and connecting with people with can-do and trustworthy attitude is a must
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high sense of responsibility
Khmer native speaker with strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
