The role

  • Source and engage candidates both locally and internationally through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels, particularly in tech-related roles

  • Manage and maintain the candidate database, ensuring statuses and records are regularly updated

  • Maintain and update daily recruitment tracking records for reporting purposes

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, scheduling, and follow-up

  • Arrange and coordinate interviews, including scheduling meetings between candidates and hiring managers

  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture (such as birthday wishes and other celebrations)

  • Coordinate and organize company events, activities, and celebrations

Ideal profile

You should be a talented, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and ready to hit the ground running. Ideal candidates will have a can-do and trustworthy attitude, passion for talent sourcing and employee engagement, and will be able to get up to speed quickly.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields

Up to 2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

Interest in talent sourcing and employee engagement

Flexible, creative, and patient, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks with a positive attitude

Familiar with international and multicultural environments, especially European work culture

Outgoing personality who enjoys socializing, exploring new places, and connecting with people with can-do and trustworthy attitude is a must

Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high sense of responsibility

Khmer native speaker with strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
