The role

  • Lead business requirement workshops with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into Odoo ERP processes.

  • Lead the configuration of Odoo, ensuring the system accurately reflects business needs and helps structure the operations well

  • Drive the implementation of new features with our software engineering team and lead their rollout with user training, testing, ensuring adoption and correct usage of the solution

  • Lead the day-to-day continuity of logistics operations using the solution provided, ensuring declarations and operational activities run efficiently.

  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues on a continuous basis.

  • Monitor operational performance and proactively identify bugs to fix and risks.

We are looking for a process-oriented professional who enjoys improving business operations through technology while remaining closely connected to day-to-day operational execution.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating business workshops, configuring ERP systems, and managing operational processes. They thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex business challenges, and can effectively bridge business and technical teams.

BAC +3/+5 (Bachelor’s / Master’s / Engineer’s degree) in IT or a related technical field.

3 to 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement

Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.

Strong understanding of business process mapping and functional ERP configuration.

Experience leading ERP implementation or transformation projects.

Experience in logistics, customs clearance, supply chain, or operations is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Good level of spoken and written English to communicate in an international environment

Great motivation and ability to rapidly develop skills and take on major responsibilities
